Travel the world through flavor at Malley Farms during this immersive olive oil, vinegar and culinary tasting event. Guests will explore how olive oils are produced, learn how to shop with confidence, and discover their own taste preferences while tasting a curated selection of oils from around the globe. The class will also dive into the many culinary uses of olive oils, with guidance on choosing the right oil for finishing, cooking, or baking. Vinegars will receive the same thoughtful attention, from production and flavor profiles to creative everyday uses. Throughout the session, students will sample a variety of oils and vinegars alongside dishes prepared at Malley Farms to showcase how these ingredients shine in real recipes. As a bonus, attendees will enjoy 10% off all in-store purchases and 15% off any olive oils or vinegars purchased during the event.
