About the event

Tinned fish are all the rage these days, but delving into the world of tinned fish can feel overwhelming. We’re here to help in the most delicious way! 


This tasting and teaching event will guide you through the many varieties of preserved seafood produced around the world while exploring the distinct flavor profiles, preservation styles, and regional traditions that make each tin unique.


You’ll learn what to look for when shopping for quality tinned fish, how to decipher labels and sourcing practices, and, most importantly, how to transform these pantry staples into impressive meals and snacks.


Attendees will enjoy 10% off all in-store purchases during the event, making it the perfect opportunity to stock up on new favorites and experiment at home.


Class registration is open to attendees ages 12 and up. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
