Inspired by Calabria, this versatile condiment pays homage to the spicy Italian region by using up all the regional Calabrian chilies we source annually here in the NorthEast and created this delicious condiment that can be used as an addition to sauces, a sandwich spread, also a great flavor enhancer or pairing with cheeses and charcuterie.
