We start with the natural flavor of fresh beef and add the right amount of pork fatback to make our sausage soft and juicy. We then blend in nutmeg and other spices, and we finish it with a hint of maple smoke for lingering goodness. This is a traditional sausage of Russia and Moscovites. No Nitrites or Nitrates added except those naturally occurring in celery and cherry powders.
